Most clients come to Fit2Box once or twice a week for a private boxing training session or traditional personal training session in addition to their current workout regimen. Combo Private Boxing Training and Personal Training Sessions

The boxing combo workout is a combination of boxing techniques mixed in with traditional personal training to get a fun and invigorating workout with the added benefit of strength and functional training which is especially necessary for older clients over 40. As we age there is a higher rate of muscle atrophy after 40. But the good news is with some added strength training you counteract this with the goal of having a better quality of life in the future. But, the main thing is to find something fun and invigorating you enjoy doing so that you stick with it!
