As with all Fit2box programs this is a one-on-one personal training session in a private studio in Delray Beach, FL. And each program is highly personalized to each client. No prior experience is necessary. We will guide you through the basics and ensure you feel comfortable and confident as you learn new skills.
What equipment do I need to bring?
We provide all necessary equipment, including gloves and pads. Just bring comfortable workout attire and a water bottle to stay hydrated.
